Title: Newbie in New York City
Post by: varjakpaul on July 31, 2015, 12:27:34 AM
Oh, hi. So, here we are, the introduction; my favorite part.

I LOVE the feeling you get when you meet someone for the first time; someone who *could* be important; someone who, god willing, *will* be important. I feel like that's what's happening here, right now, CDM. Let's do it!

When I meet someone new, my heart dances like it’s at a 70’s disco… The disco ball above us scattering light in your eyes, as my heart struts around to a groove only we can hear…  My heart's cheesy, gold chains bouncing to the beat...

Yep. You heard me. My heart wears cheesy, gold chains. It’s just who I am! (Or, rather, who my heart is…)

Also, "who I am” is a hard-working creative in New York City that moonlights as a straight-male companion. I was a starving artist once upon a time, and even though the “starving" part of those days are gone, the tattoos still remain. (I'm covered in them.)

My favorite things in life are travel, secret West Village wine bars, sneaking on to rooftops for the perfect view of the city, sparkling wine, sparkling conversation, and cuddling. Fuck, I love cuddling…

Oh, and I really-really love dumb jokes. For example…

Why didn’t the skeleton have fun at the party?

*Wait for it*

He had no-body to dance with.

So, hi. It’s a pleasure to finally meet you, Concierge Du Monde. Let’s dance.

Okay. Okay. If you can’t dance at the moment, just tell me your favorite/dumbest joke instead. I’m always looking for more to add to my collection!

Q: what does PH.D mean?
A: Permanent Head Damage.

Probably because it takes so much fucking time to complete one and all those time spent hitting the wall with one's head in frustration.
