Hi

As men you don't really think there is any woman out there that will actually hire a companion or maybe I was just naive but the thought and idea of being a male companion has crossed my mind and I have been toying with the idea for a few years but never really looked into it till this happened to me and this is 100% the truth.

This is my story I have also posted this on my personal blog

http://stormastor.wordpress.com/

Its a vicious circle Life and also a very exciting one all depending on what you want out of it.  You can either go with the flow as they say and join the mad rush 9 to 5 working hours and get stuck in the rat race of your every day man and woman out there, or you can open your eyes and see what life has to offer take the plunge and do something different in today’s time and age.  That is exactly what I did.

Sitting on the train in the morning rush hour looking at all the people around me I realise how alike they all are.  Reading newspapers, listening to I-pods, tapping away on laptops, someone whispering on their mobile phone ”I am on the train I cant really talk right now” all crammed in like a can of Sardines.  Irritated with myself and thinking am I happy with my job?  How many of the people on this train on this carriage with me can really stick their hands up and say I am happy and I get 100% job satisfaction out of what I do?  I estimated by the look on the faces not even 15% looked remotely excited about where they were going.  Apart from the couple in the corner who cant keep their hands of  each other and  so blatantly had a wild night of passion and probably only met last week.  AGHHH young love…!

Sitting opposite me is a mid 30 business woman reading the Financial times.  Looking at her I can see she is successful in what ever it is she does, dressed in a smart suite not a hair out of place and there is a sparkle in her eye.  I notice she has no wedding ring or engagement ring on her finger.  I try to catch her eye in a silly attempt to try and find out what it is she does for a living, but failed miserably when she eventually looked up and I caught an image of myself in the train window and realised I was actually staring at her.   I looked away and pretended to get my phone out and make a call to distract from the fact that I was so obviously looking at her for the past 5 minutes.  She gave me a glimpse of a smile and handed me her business card as she got out the next stop.   I looked at the card and then back up at her but she was gone, disappeared into the crowd.

All sorts of thoughts ran through my head am I going to ring her, should I text her?  Why did she give me her card.

That evening I decided to call her.  ”Hello this is Storm I uhm I saw you on the train this morning you gave me your card”  Hi yes hello.  I have an invitation for you she replied.  How would you like to join me this Saturday night for an event at the Savoy Hotel all on my account.  I said yes off course what did you think?

It was that ordinary morning on a packed train into London my next chapter started

Hi you all

Ok So I am back and for those of you have missed me I promise I wont leave you again for such a long period ever again!!  For those who haven't missed me, tell me why not ha ha ...

OK so lets pick it up from where it finished as a cliff hanger on the last post.

THE NEXT CHAPTER

So there I was sitting on that train a little flustered by this woman that took my breath away and she just popped this card into my hand with her contact details on.  You all know by now I did call her and I went on this date with her, and I can say with all honesty, its what every guy out there dream about no matter what they say.

It was about 2 weeks after the event I got a call from lets call her Suzie, and she wanted to know if I was around to go on a business trip with her to NYC!? It was no big deal according to her after all I was just going with her as a very close friend who she travels with for company and I will be joining her for lunches and dinners with her work associates so she don't look like the odd one out with out a date.  Perfect I thought to myself NYC its home to the Yankees and the NYPD for Gods sake live the dream baby its like a Holywood movie.

I wont be going into to much detail about NYC, only because there is something in the pipeline and I might be writing more than just a blog for you and me to share for now.  But I can say OH MY GOD I have had a great time out there with the Yanks.  God Bless America!!

Till the next Chapter

Hey Storm. It sounds like you've created your very own online romance thread for the ladies here. ;) I can just see the cover of the romance novel now. The role of Fabio, played by Storm Astor shows a sketch of a dashing, devilishly handsome South African steering a Gondola through the canals of Venice, serenading and wooing his patronesses.  :)

I’ll answer the question on what gave me the idea of wanting to be a companion.

A long, long time ago I was dating a Spanish woman. We just had sex and she went to the bathroom. I was browsing round her room curiously when I came upon her bookshelf. There was this deep purple book, I read the side: ‘Pablo Neruda – The Captain’s Verses’.

Intrigued I flicked through the pages and came upon a fictional letter which precedes the poems. The note speaks of a passionate woman’s love for a man who ’came from a war in Spain’. When I finally finished reading the book I knew I wanted to become a man like this. Perhaps not immediately, but the seeds for growth were there.

I can’t post the whole letter but the following passage stood out for me:

Quote
‘Siento no poder dar su nombre. Nunca he sabido cuál era el verdadero, si Martínez, Ramírez o Sánchez.

Quote
‘Unfortunately I cannot tell you his name. I never found out which was the true one, Martinez, Ramirez, or Sanchez. I just call him my Captain, and that is the name I would like to keep in this book.

His verses are like himself: tender, loving, passionate and terrible in anger. He was strong, and everyone who came near him felt his strength. He was a privileged man, one born for a great destiny. I felt his strength, and my greatest pleasure was to feel small at his side.

He came into my life, as he says in one of the verses ‘breaking down the door’. He did not knock on the door with the shyness of a lover. From the first moment he felt himself lord of my body and my soul. He made me feel that he was changing everything in my life; my little artist’s life of comfort and softness was transformed like everything else he touched.

He knew no small feelings and accepted none neither. He gave me his love with all the passion that he was capable of feeling, and I loved him as I never thought myself capable of loving. Everything in my life was transformed. I entered a world whose existence I had never previously dreamt of. At first I was afraid, I had moments of doubt, but love did not let me hesitate long.

This love gave me everything. The gentle, simple tenderness when he picked out a flower, a toy, a river pebble and handed it to me, his eyes moist with infinite tenderness. His large hands were at this moment soft and gentle, and in his eyes could be seen the soul of a child.

That's so romantic! I Love Pablo Neruda, and the only book I have is the Captain's Verses. (Mine is only in English.) It was a graduation gift when I achieved my BA from a dear friend.

Do you feel you've become that man?

...........Do you feel you've become that man?

Mmmmm...thought provoking quesion Holly. There's always something one can learn or refine in his character as time passes, it's a learning experience. I'd like to think that if a patron was to see me on multiple occasions they would learn something new about me or that I've 'peeled a layer of the onion away' each time.

Lets just say I changed a little since we shared a meal together  ;).

I figured in the selfish interest of getting to hear other starting stories, I'd share my own:

This profession is something I fell into accidentally.  I had some female friends who worked in the industry and I assisted them a few times with couples. I love women and as I enjoyed the part I played, so I decided to go forward on my own.

That was the easy part. But because almost all of the experience I had was through the ladies version, going forward was a bit difficult. As a friend once said: "The same thing is not the same thing." And I am glad they were right. ;)

Well... This is an interesting topic and I also want to share with you how I decided to become a companion.

My story is not as romantic as Storm, but I also have to thank the women for my decision!

Actually I have to thank all my ex-girlfriends for it. Well, no... They didn't put me to work for them! ahahah :)

I love women, I always did. Fortunately I always had very good relationships and the feedback that I received was always that I knew very well how to conquer a woman and to be the perfect gentleman. On the other end, and maybe because of my Portuguese and English heritage, they also shared with me that they loved my Latin lover way. In fact I love my ex-girlfriends so much, and they still love me too, that I had so many times dates with them after we broke up.

The only problem is actually the relationships! I don't believe in relationships, not in our society! Life is so demanding from both sides of the couple that it is virtually impossible to be happy in a conventional relationship.

So I started thinking of an open relationship as the solution to this equation. But I realized that it would be really difficult to find someone that shares the same vision as myself. I guess that either a woman is into romance or completely not into it, and the second was not enough for me.

Well, I had a big problem to solve. I cannot live without women... I have to admit that I was lost for a while...

That made me think of what I really like to have with a woman. And the answer came easily to my mind: I like to date them, but with no strings attached. But then I looked back and realized that I tried that, but independently of my natural sincerity with them, at some stage they always wanted more, and I wasn't able to give them what I didn't believe in the first place.

So what could I do? How could I date women, please them, make them feel like a queen, like I love to? Then this though came to my mind: So many women out there would pay millions just to have half of what I gave my ex-girlfriends...

Wow! The solution was there... Of course not because of the millions! :) But because of the change in the human perception of what a date with an escort is. This way I could keep on with my mixed Latin / gentlemen dating and I could ensure that, as much as me and my clients love to be together, both understood in the first place that we would be together for a limited period of time and should enjoy the moment.

And that's what I do! :) I have to admit that there were some dates that I would prefer not have had. But generally I love my dates with my clients! And they love it too, I know. So it's a win-win situation! :)

Thats all folks! Hope you enjoyed...

Cheers,

Hi kin! No problem with your humor, I like it! ahahah :D

And in fact what you say is important. There are so many cases of sympathy sex... I wouldn't do it! I love and respect women so much that I wouldn't accept that they would go that far!

But in this case it wasn't that. Both me and them wanted it, no mercy... :D

I had a somewhat similar experience to Storm.  My entry into the world of male escorting was virtually accidental.  I wrote a blog post about it a while ago which you can find here:

http://www.john-oh-escort.com/how_i_became_a_straight_male_escort.html (http://www.john-oh-escort.com/how_i_became_a_straight_male_escort.html)

From that post:

It started with a hens party and a missing male stripper. A friend and I were having a quiet drink in a pub one evening when a hens party descended on the place and took up residence in the function room opposite the bar. There was much noise and excitement for a while, replete with champagne and cocktails.

Then one of the women from the party comes into the bar, looks around at the assorted people drinking and chatting. She walks up to us and straight out asks if one of us would perform a strip tease for their party as the stripper that they booked had pulled out at the last minute.

We looked at each other for a moment, then I turned back to her and said yes, I would. I think that all three of us were surprised. I had never performed a strip tease in my life, but, well, you never know until you try ...

The ensuing strip tease was a whole lot of fun. But what really stunned me was firstly being paid for it and then I was propositioned by the same lady to join her and her boyfriend the next night with the promise of further financial reward. Once again I thought "why not?".

What I have come to realise over the years is that working as a male companion is more fun than anything else I have ever done in my life.  It is also the one thing that I have found that I have a natural ability for (except perhaps cycling, but then I was never going to beat Lance Armstrong, so there really wasn't a lot of point going down that path!)

John.
