Post by: kitana on February 16, 2016, 07:30:57 AM
Hello everyone,

I'm a new member here but an old lurker, having discovered CdM a few months back. Thanks for accepting me here, I can't wait to get more involved in this very interesting universe...!  /clap

Hi Kitana, and welcome. Will you tell us a little about yourself?

Thanks for the welcome!

Tell a little about myself? Let's see... I have to warn you I can't tell only a "little" about anything when asked, it's either nothing or at least a full page!   /LOL I'm a single woman in my thirties, I've been the owner of a business in healthcare for the past 11 years, and I have a passion for falconry and outdoors (although I'm faaar from a sportive person and can't sleep in a tent... lol).

I had difficulties reconciling the facts that I wanted to stay single and childless with having any sort of non-solo sexual life, so I started looking for solutions a few months ago and found this place. After reading through everything I had access to, I decided to contact a companion a few weeks ago. I have had the immense pleasure and privilege of meeting with Maxime Durocher for Valentine's day. It was so out of character for me, I knew I couldn't drag my feet through this and would have to take action quickly or I would never do it. I changed my mind back and forth at least a thousand times, but in the end Maxime handled my stress expertly and it worked out great. More than great.

So now that I know about companions, there is no way I'm gonna put a lid on my sexual life. Never again. For now I have to concentrate on avoiding going bankrupt, but I sure know more about myself and the way I wanna live my life now than a few days ago.

Hey Max! :)

You are absolutely forbidden to ever wish something like that upon me!!!  /pray I'm at work right now... As much as I hope to enjoy CdM, can you spell awkward for me?  /ROTFL

Hello Kitana and welcome to the forum! I'm glad you had such a positive first companion experience :) I'm fascinated by your passion for falconry :)

Thanks Tealight! I am glad as well! :)

I've been practicing falconry intensely for the last 9 years, travelled to the other side of the world for this sport, and it still fascinates me as much if not more than when I started getting involved in it. I feel that the more I learn, the less I know, and the more there is to discover...

Welcome Katana,

You're definitely in the right place to further explore the pleasurable sensations of both the imagination and the body.  ;D

Kitana - Your statement had me smile. If you do not mind me saying -

There are priorities in life and the balance needed to live the life you have prioritized.
Remember...Life can be over instantaneously for anyone.  Grab what you can in the moments you are given.

P.S. Budgeting has something to say for itself, too.

You couldn't be more spot on than that. I lost my father a few months ago, and I learned exactly this lesson. I thought it was already how I lived my life, but it wasn't. Trying to change that now!

I know that there truly are no words to say to you on your father's death.  CdM is not just a pretty face of feminism, some of us have experienced the same loss of a parent or parents.

Welcome, again, Kitana

Thanks. I'm not looking for sympathy but it's always nice to find it.

I've been on many an internet forum, and truly CdM appears to have brought together a very fine array of human beings. Brilliant minds seem to be everywhere, interesting and elevated discussions I never thought I would fine on a forum about companionship. I'm elated to have found you guys! :)
