General Discussion / It's been a while
« on: December 04, 2017, 11:17:36 AM »
Hello, Everyone.
It's been so long since I visited / posted on CDM that it took me a while to work out how to do it!  /TF (But I'm glad to see that this community is still going strong and seeing some familiar faces still here.)

I wanted to let everyone know that June 2018 will be my last time accepting new clients for companionship. After then I will be retreating somewhat from this realm to concentrate on other endeavors. If you did wish to meet up between January and June, I would be delighted to make your acquaintance. I have a somewhat limited window already due to personal travel and advanced reservations but will do my best to accommodate your time.

My site, which has stayed offline for a while now will not be going back on, but I will provide a link to an offline version which will be available by request. From there you will be able to read more about me, about how companionship works, my fee structure, travel, and a booking form.

This isn't quite the goodbye email but more of a heads up of my intended direction.

I hope that you're all doing well. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a safe and blessed New Year to everyone.

James

..and pretty much any major city you want me to travel to, within the contiguous United States.

I'm based in Central Florida, (West Coast) but able to travel on relatively short notice to the destination of your choosing.

St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Orlando are all gorgeous this time of year but if you're unable to travel here, then let me come to you instead.

As of November 2015 my consideration now includes my airfare and transportation costs.*

I very much look forward to the pleasure of making your acquaintance, and getting to know the real you better.

For more information please go to my website at: http://ejamescraig.wix.com/final-draft-2015

* Please note that travel for engagements under 12 hours is restricted to areas within the Eastern and Central time zones only. Mountain and Pacific timezones require a minimum of a 12 hour booking.

General Discussion / Finally.... A Website.
« on: October 28, 2015, 09:08:29 PM »
Hey Everyone.

I will be putting my website back up online after many months, (or longer) of idle threats. It's in final draft mode, (hence the Wix banner and not so catchy URL) but it's 99% complete. Once finished I will have it hosted and pointed to my own URL. The pictures, while still a good representation, are from a year ago and new, updated ones will be taken by the end of December. The gallery is lacking many pictures but as I said, it's not quite finished. However the rates, travel, and verbiage is 100% complete.

I would welcome your thoughts, critiques, or general opinion, especially if anything is unclear or ambiguous.

James

General Discussion / Where in the World are we?
« on: October 22, 2015, 10:34:15 AM »
Hey Everyone.

Many new faces / members on here so I have a question for all: "Where in the World are you?" Where is your current abode? (Not where you travel to but where do you live?)

You can identify the largest City near you or if you'd rather add a little distance for anonymity, just say SoCal or Midwest.

I'll start.

General Discussion / A companions location.
« on: October 22, 2015, 09:01:11 AM »
Ladies. When contemplating a meeting with a companion, how important does his current location factor in your decision to book him? (I'm talking States based companions and not overseas ones.)

Would you likely see him more often if he lived in your city, or is that not important?

Just curious. 😃

I appreciate your answers in advance.

General Discussion / Hola.
« on: October 13, 2015, 11:10:36 AM »
Hello Everyone.

I must admit that my participation on this fine forum has been shockingly sparse the past year plus, and for that I wholeheartedly apologize. I will do my best to be a much more active member going forward.

To the older (in membership) participators, thanks for keeping this wonderful forum a fun, lively, happy place to be.  /cheers

To the newer members (and to me I guess that's within the last year  ;)) welcome, and if I haven't said hi, then 'hello" and I hope to meet you all on here or in person one sunny day.  :)

Cheers.

I will be traveling back to England's green and pleasant land for the month of September and will be based in London and the surrounding Home Counties for the trip.

If you're in town and would like to get together it would be my pleasure to meet up with you. :)

General Discussion / Happy Holidays
« on: December 09, 2014, 03:14:58 PM »
Seasons greetings everyone.

My sincere apologies for being absent without leave for quite some time but it's great to see the community thriving like it always has. I will be a much better contributer to the forum in 2015.

I wanted to swing by and wish everyone a Merry Christmas (or whichever holiday is important to you) and a happy New Year and hope that 2015 is the year where we embrace and be thankful what we have, and actively seek what we want.

For those of you that I haven't introduced myself to, welcome to this wonderful corner of the interweb and I hope to get to know you better.

As Frosty would say: 'Happy Birthday!"

Great news! The ability to teleport ourselves a la Star Trek is very much today's technology and traveling is as easy as pressing an app.

So where would you go right now?

I'm thinking Ipanema Beach in Rio drinking a Caipirinha and watching the world go by.

General Discussion / Your favourite App's
« on: March 12, 2013, 10:08:12 AM »
I was thinking today how the development of App's for smartphones have changed the way we use the internet. (Mobile at least but desktop's will follow suit.) Instead of typing in a URL and navigating to a webpage we simply click on an icon and there we are! Pretty neat if you think about it and a very efficient way to get to where we want to go. I have about 40 on my i-Phone that I use quite regularly.

So my question is, which App(s) have changed your life in a good way? I'm always on the look out for new app's that will make my life easier.  /thumbsup

My top 5 would be:

1- Shazam. (Now I know who's singing that song.)
2- Couch to 10K (A great App if you want to start a jogging program.)
3- Kayak (I fly quite a bit.)
4- Amazon (One click to buy pretty much anything? Awesome!)
5- NPR News & Time (Easily readable news.)

Hello CDM'ers.

I wanted to re-introduce myself to you, just in case you've forgotten who I am. :P (Understandable given my recent poor attendance record and lame participation.)

To all of you that I know, I apologize for going AWOL but hope to contribute much more from now on.

To those that I don't, welcome to a great community and I look forward to getting to know you.

Happy New Year. (Yes it's been that long.)  /party

Ding dong Merrily on high...la la la la la la la.....  /party

I'm hoping to hitch a ride with Santa on his sleigh across the pond and will be in England's green and pleasant land until early January.

I will be in the London vicinity so if anyone would like to share an intimate cup of cocoa or go ice skating whilst drinking Mulled Wine, give me a holler! :)

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you all may you all have have a phenomenal 2013.

General Discussion / I-Phone 5
« on: September 13, 2012, 03:14:16 PM »
Is anyone excited by Apple's latest offering in the phone world or is it "just another smartphone?"

I have an I-phone 3GS and it's probably time for an upgrade. Not that I require the latest giggy-gadgets and it serves me very well. It's just that the camera lens is scratched, the back casing's cracked and the screen resembles a windscreen/windshield crack that has spread over time. I could of course get a new front and back but then I may as well spend that on a new (newer) model.

I'm liking the functionality of the Samsung Galaxy 3 so then it becomes Android vs Apple App's.

Anyone out there have a preference?
