Everyone eats. So, the question is: What do you like to eat? Are you adventurous in your culinary choices? Do you prefer the eat the foods you fix at home, or someone fixes at home for you?

If you so chose, share some of the restaurants you enjoy or would love to return to someday. Oh, and I've left it open to 6 choices. Just in case you find it too challenging, I know I do!, to pick just one.

Kat, you left out some choices, but I know there are too many to include every possibility. Cooking at home with someone special is my first choice. My very favorite restaurant was the Brazilian one in Beverly Hills where Armand and I ate last September. Absolutely delicious. I also like small diners that serve genuine home cooked comfort foods. like hot beef sandwiches and pot pies. Brunch restaurants are another favorite of mine - pancakes with real maple syrup, fresh orange juice, and organic bacon. Again, such restaurants seem to be more plentiful in the LA area than where I live. More reasons to go west again when the chance presents itself.  ;)

Italian is certainly my favorite and anyone traveling to Vegas should try Pierros... simply superb. With that said, nothing finer than my homespun New Orleans culinary dishes!!!

When I go to a new place, always try to find the best local food in a restaurant with local architecture style, regardless of its flavour and taste.

In general, I prefer those spicy one, such as Korean, Indian, Thai, Mexican.

Spicy, yummy!

But, Pete, Pet -- did you vote? If not, I shall need to take you to task. Fetch me the whip!

What an excellent suggestion! Yes, beginning with wine.

I love food and trying out new cuisines. In general I never say no to Greek food or anything Middle Eastern. When I travel I always eat local food and I try to go to places where locals go. I also love little street bistros which are great for people watching and getting the feel for authentic atmosphere.

I am a lousy cook but I can make a decent chocolate mousse  :)

I voted! and I see that Mexican & Japanese are popular. I love both of those dishes. However, I am all about healthy & delicious eating. I find the better I eat the better I feel. Being a hedonist, I enjoy many pleasurable things, which include food!

I love, love seafood, hmmm, raw oysters and a good Chenin Blanc come to mind right now and its breakfast time. Dark chocolate anything is something I could eat most of the time.

I look at food (well most of the time anyway) like fuel for my body and mostly I want to give it good fuel! And luckily we live in a time where healthy food can also be delicious.

I tired Vegan for the first time two years ago...the few restaurants I've been to, have some delicious options...however, I like variety so I have no interest in being a complete vegan.

Good food is one of the true pleasures of life!
