Hi everyone!  I'm trying to branch out with my diet so I'm looking for meal ideas.  My girlfriend and I are making meatless chicken and veggie stir fry with quinoa tonight.  I also just love talking about food so I just thought I would ask....what are YOU having for dinner tonight?   :)

I am making a chicken florentine with kale and tomatoes sans pasta. Almost paleomexcept I cheated by using wonderful buffalo mozzerella cheese on the top.

Hi Jade,

What's for dinner you ask. I will be making Broiled Lemon-Dijon Turkey Cutlets with some shredded Napa Cabbage salad. I really enjoy cooking meals at home and recently discovered Emeals which has been amazing for me because they provide a list of recipes for new meals every week with all the ingredients and instructions so, I always get to make something new. The meals are really tasty and usually only take around 30 minutes to prepare. I highly recommend checking them out if you are interested in trying something new. They cater to a lot of different diet plans on their site so there is usually something for everybody. I am currently on the Paleo Plan which is one of my personal favorites.

Bon appetit  :)

I'm a paleo girl so having homemade shrimp cioppino -- yum.  Very messy, lots of finger licking since I don't eat bread!

Sometimes fingers taste better than bread  :)

I feel almost inadequate with my can of sardines in virgin olive oil and a protein shake. :)

Don't James, I had some pasta with a simple tomato sauce and some chopped vegetables.  :)

James, I LOVE sardines in olive oil.  And I eat those with my fingers, too.  We should share a can sometime...

Hi Madi,

I agree with you!! Just the thought of sardines makes me shiver. Not to mention a protein shake together with it. :-[ Sorry James!!

Tonight it's coconut chicken curry with kale and mixed vegetables. Yes I'm cooking at almost 10 pm. Two workouts today and I'm starving! Should I make enough for all of us?

Sounds delicious.  Tonight I wound up scarfing down a couple hard boiled egg and some mustard greens.  Not my finest effort.  Oh, and a glass of red wine...
