What dish(es) are you unable to pass up if it appears on a menu?

For me:
Enchiladas - cheese and onion, chicken, chicken spinach, suizas, verde, mole, cheese, enfrijoladas, you name it
Any Asian dumpling -hoping to visit Seattle and fit in a dumpling run

Mousse au chocolat.  ;D

I can't resist and I always cross my finger hoping it's going to be good. It's a tough dessert to make, and rarely well made.
